This event is organized and produced by EUTOPICA S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission & Conduct
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive, without refund.

2. Health & Safety
This is a daytime event designed around music, atmosphere, and sensory experiences. Attendees are responsible for their own physical condition and well-being during the event.

3. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings occurring during the event, except where required by applicable law.

4. Program Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, lineup, venue details, or any aspect of the event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Image Rights
By attending the event, participants grant the Organizer the right to capture and use photo and video content for promotional and commercial purposes, without compensation.

6. External Factors
The Organizer shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by force majeure, including but not limited to weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property
All branding, concepts, and materials related to the Coffee Rave Party are the property of EUTOPICA S.L. and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Ticketing and Event Organization

Ayla BCN is an original event brand owned and operated by Eutópica S.L. (CIF B65450876).

EUTOPICA S.L. is the primary organizer and legal entity responsible for the production and management of all events promoted on this website (ayladancefloor.com).

For ticket sales and reservation management, we use Luma (luma.com/ayla.dancefloor) as our official technical ticketing provider. All tickets purchased through our official Luma channel are authorized and managed directly by the EUTOPICA S.L. team.
